UPRERA has specified the formats for the purpose of withdrawal of Money from designated account of the project. The following types of formats have been specified: - CA Certificate - Engineer Certificate  &  - Architect Certificate The CA certificate and Engineer certificate will be have to be used for the purpose of withdrawal of money from the designated account, while the Architect certificate will be used for the purpose of certifying the Internal & External Development Works in Respect of the Entire Registered Phase.  The certificates, issued by the project architect, project engineer, chartered accountant and submitted to the banks for getting release of money from the separate account.
