CA Certificate, Engineer Certificate and Architect Certificate Formats for Withdrawal of Money from Designated account - UPRERA

UPRERA has specified the formats for the purpose of withdrawal of Money from designated account of the project. The following types of formats have been specified: - CA Certificate - Engineer Certificate  &  - Architect Certificate The CA certificate and Engineer certificate will be have to be used for the purpose of withdrawal of money from the designated account, while the Architect certificate will be used for the purpose of certifying the Internal & External Development Works in Respect of the Entire Registered Phase.  The certificates, issued by the project architect, project engineer, chartered accountant and submitted to the banks for getting release of money from the separate account. Deregistration notice issued to 7 Builders by UP RERA

Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) issued deregistration notices under Section 7 of the RERA Act to seven builders as on 8 March 2019, for failing to meet their commitments to buyers covering 14 projects and approx. 4800 residential units. The developers who had been served notices have failed to extend the registration.
